Kristina brings a broad background in compensation valuation and valuation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to PYA’s clients. With a focus on serving health systems and physician practice groups, she has conducted and completed hundreds of compensation valuation projects related to all forms of physician services. She also has experience in physician compensation modeling, financial modeling/analysis, and analysis of various aspects of compensation and reimbursement arrangements within the healthcare industry.
Kristina earned a Bachelor of Organization Management degree from Ashford University. She is a member of the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals and has contributed to articles on healthcare valuation topics.
