Barbara Grant

Barbara has extensive experience in the areas of valuations, mergers and acquisitions, hospital-physician arrangements, physician group practice compensation models, strategic planning, buy-sell agreements, and financial and billing performance. She values healthcare entities for sales, mergers, and buy-outs; provides fair market opinions on physician compensation, management services, and leasing arrangements; and provides litigation support in various medical settings.

Barbara earned a Master of Taxation degree from Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Maryland. She is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Medical Group Management Association, and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Barbara is a national speaker on healthcare valuation and finance-related topics.
