Adam specializes in transaction advisory services, business valuation, and related consulting services for various entities, including hospitals, hospital systems, ambulatory service providers, and physician practices. His work entails leading and performing due diligence and quality of earnings assessments; developing financial models; providing project management for strategic ventures and post-transaction integration; and assessing the economic value of healthcare entities. Additionally, Adam has nearly a decade of audit, assurance, and advisory experience with expertise in analyzing business process controls, assessing risk based on management objectives, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Adam earned a Master of Accountancy—Accounting Auditing and Controls degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
