Matthew Warren

Matt provides business valuation and related advisory services for a variety of entities, including physician practice groups, joint ventures, hospitals, and health systems. He has significant experience evaluating compensation and service arrangements between health facilities and physicians. Additionally, he provides litigation consulting services related to lost profits, merger-and-acquisition transactions, wrongful termination, and marital dissolution matters. As a certified public accountant, Matt has an extensive background in financial reporting, previously serving in internal and external audit roles. 

Matt earned a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Healthcare Conference and Forensic and Valuation Services Conference task forces of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Matt is the vice chairman of the Audit Committee of the Knox County Commission.
