On Friday, September 10, the Department of Health and Human Services announced: (1) a 60-day “grace period” for completion of mandatory reporting requirements; (2) the application period for the new $17 billion Phase 4 General Distribution; and (3) the application period for the new $8.5 billion American Rescue Plan Rural Distribution.
